Delivery Service

All items we send require a signature and are sent via the Royal Mail Service. If you are unable to sign for the delivery you will be able to rearrange a suitable time for delivery or collect the delivery from your local Royal Mail Office. Not A Box will also be kept informed and follow the progress to ensure you receive excellent service. 


From time to time we may have special promotions on orders. On items without a special promotion you’ll be charged for each product, so if you’re ordering more than one, the total delivery cost will be added up and shown at checkout. However it’s important to know that we cap our delivery costs so no matter how much you order, it’ll never be more than £34.95.

If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it, please click here to receive details of how to make a return. You will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, to the returns address shown below enclosing your order confirmation and quoting the returns number you have been given. Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us.

Please note we will not be responsible for items lost in transit during return, even if the service is provided by our courier service. However, we will endeavour to claim on the customers behalf if our courier is used.

Refunds are processed by the original payment method, if the card has expired, we will offer a selection of PayPal or bank transfer as an alternative.
