How long does it take to dispatch items after I have purchased them?

We strive to dispatch all items in stock within 7 working days. If the items are not in stock you will find on the product description how many working days the product will be delivered to you. 

Is the ordering online process secure?

Are items insured against loss?

All purchases from the Not A Box Web Site are covered by The Distant Selling Regulations. 

Are items well packed and protected?

Yes. We pride ourselves on ensuring all items are well packed to ensure they reach our customers in fabulous condition.

Do you use reputable delivery companies?

 Yes. We use professional couriers (Freight Express) who specialise in white glove furniture delivery. For smaller items we use myHermes who deliver nationionwide. 

Can I track my order? 

You can track you order by using the consignment number which you will receive once your order has been dispatched. 

As a none UK buyer will I be liable for Import Duties?

Shipments made to countries outside the European Union may be subject to local Import Duties which are the responsibility of you the buyer. Duty can vary from country to country, so we suggest that you contact your local authorities for additional information.
