For customers wishing to purchase interiors products online such as bespoke rugs, lighting, luxury cushions and candles collections, we will also be offering Covid-secure deliveries and click and collect to ensure that no customer is waiting on a bespoke furniture item or a finishing touches accessory.
Heather explains: “Through honing our virtual consultations, and putting into place the secure delivery arrangements we are confident that our customers will receive what they require, as they require it – whether this being architectural design advice or a decorative interiors item.
“With the huge increase in home working this year, we have been very busy creating personalised storage solutions and spaces for customers to repurpose rooms, and define work spaces. We consequently have in production a number of bespoke custom-made cabinetry orders, as well as internal crittall-style door orders, so customers can encase areas within larger rooms - which is indicative of how many of us are now using the space within our homes very differently.”
